Co-Founder & COO
Alexa is a successful high-tech executive, philanthropist, and the former U.S. Ambassador to Austria. Her passions and board service span the arts, homelessness, women in technology, sports, civic engagement, underserved communities, and global security. She is the mother of three children and is divorced — a process she found to be highly emotional and overwhelming. The experience sparked her mission to make the divorce process less costly, time-consuming, and emotionally taxing.
Jason Weiss
Co-Founder & CEO
Jason has spent his career building technology companies from the ground up and helping them grow. He has served as CEO and COO of consumer and enterprise software businesses, building teams across product, engineering, operations, and sales and helping lead multiple companies through acquisitions and exits. An engineer by training and entrepreneur by nature, Jason loves turning complicated problems into products that make people’s lives easier. He’s a proud Girl Dad to three daughters and was drawn to Onward by the opportunity to help people through one of life’s most challenging transitions.

Brad Feld
Brad Feld is a renowned entrepreneur, venture capitalist, author, and longtime leader in the startup community. He has been an early-stage investor and entrepreneur since 1987 and is a co-founder and partner at Foundry, a Boulder-based venture capital firm. He also co-founded Techstars, one of the world’s leading startup accelerator networks, as well as Mobius Venture Capital.
Lauren Davis
Lauren Davis is a fractional Chief Marketing Officer who has helped more than 200 startups and early stage companies find their audience, launch and grow. She is Founder/Principal of Alkali Marketing, a guest lecturer at Harvard Business School, and an avid advisor and mentor to mission-driven founders across healthcare, education, technology, and consumer products.
Andy Palmer
Andy Palmer is a serial entrepreneur and seed investor focused on founding and growing early-stage, mission-driven companies. Andy has served as co-founder, founding investor, or founding board member for over 140 start-up companies in technology, healthcare, and the life sciences. Andy currently serves as Co-Founder at Liza Health, founding board member at Osmo.ai as well as BOD Chair and Co-Founder at Tamr, DBOS and Inflection Medicine.
Steve Goldsmith
Steve Goldsmith is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience building and scaling high-growth organizations. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles at prominent technology companies, including Cloudflare and Atlassian, where he helped drive growth, strengthen teams, and advance innovative technology solutions.
